Most would describe me as a mother of two kids, wife, and business owner. But people who know me, also know that I love to dance & I love desserts. 

I am known for focusing a lot on Inflammation & Gut-Health and I truly believe all disease starts in the Gut, that is why I am also known as 'Good Gut Dietitian' - (my Instagram profile name as well :))
